I'm Max — a developer based in Thailand, currently building internal software at Western Digital in a Linux-focused engineering environment. My curiosity orbits the same few stars: how developer tools actually work, why systems break in production, and what automation is worth writing versus automating for its own sake.
I use AI heavily in my workflow, but not in the "one prompt, ship it" way. What interests me is agents that can plan work, maintain context across a long task, and review each other's output — pipelines with checkpoints where a human still gets the final word. That fascination turned into Foreman, which has its own write-up under Work.
Outside of work: gaming, keeping PCs running past their warranty, running local models on hardware that complains about it, reading, and writing things down so future me stops re-solving the same problems.
I build software. It works. That's generally the goal.
